Hi folks,

So I just ordered some new parts for a new build which is this currently:

CPU: i7-7700k
MOBO: Asus Maximus IX Hero
GPU: Asus GTX 1060 Strix OC 6GB
RAM: G-Skill Trident Z RGB 16gb Cas 14
New System: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/J3bY4C (I already have most of this i just need Case,  NVME SSD & PSU)

But I can't make my mind up on which case to get, I have a shortlist which I'd like some advice on and also some suggestions would be awesome.

My Main requirements are:
• Must fit a Corsair H100i GTX
240mm radiator at the Top panel.
• Must have nice Airflow as I'll be
Overclocking
• Tempered Glass/Plexiglass
• Standard ATX but not that important.

(Optional)
• USB 3.0 Type C front panel would be
great !
• RGB Fans prfferrably programmable
• White
• Dust filters where possible/decent head room.

My budget is £150-200 max.

Phanteks Eclipse P400s Tempered Glass
Phanteks Pro M Tempered Glass
NZXT S340 Elite
Corsair Crystal 570x RGB
Corsair Air 540
ThermalTake View 71 TG RGB
Corsair Carbide 600c

Gearing more towards the Phanteks Pro M/NZXT S340 Elite.

Thanks in advance :)

After looking into them i'm not willing to spend that extra £2-300 on cpu/ram/mobo for 5-10% extra performance gain which equates to about 5 fps in games lol not worth it.

I can say "YES" due to high demand and low availability. i7 8700K is supposed to be just $20 or $40 more than 7700K according to Intel. My recommendation is you go with 8700K if you are willing to wait. Your Asus mobo can not be upgrade to run 8th gen CPU. Intel has started their 2nd assembly for 8th gen CPU, so you should see stores have more in stock soon.

Where i am they're no less than £100-120+ more even though it's Cyber Monday(Black Friday extended), plus i'd like it in time for christmas as i'm selling my current 5 year old Ivy bridge 3570k build to a friend for his kids christmas present.

Thanks for the response.

Consider the Evga DG 87 case, at about 180-200 pound it's an awesome case, built in fan controller, x8 140mm fans great for overclocking & airflow, built in thermostat and even hdmi connection on front for VR if needed.

Holy that's a beast! amazing features and quality overall, although it's too big/heavy and i don't like the look of the aesthetics but 10/10 on features and build quality by the looks of it, can't believe i've never seen this case before :O
