I'm trying to keep this under 750$ and will be upgradeable for the future.

This is my setup:

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 Series CA-PH410-G1 Gunmetal Steel
Mobo: ASUS Z87-A LGA 1150 Intel Z87
CPU: i5-4670k Haswell 3.4 GHZ
GPU: ASUS GTX660 2GB
PSU:650 watt (Free from friend)
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Storage: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM
DVD Drive: LG (free from friend)

I will get a SSD in the future for the OS. I already have keyboard, mouse, and monitor, and os.

Let me know what you guys think and if i should swap anything, please explain your reasoning for your swapping out certain parts.

i would advice you to get a more powerfull card..as gtx 660 is a decent card no doubt.. but as you are building a new system and probably you might wanna last it a bit longer... so get a 7950 or 660ti at least... that being said gtx 760 will be best.. for its price.. see if you can get a cheaper case and shift the budget for a better GPU...as to increase your performance..
thats what i think :p

What power supply is that? You might want to check before buying any current GPU to make sure it can handle loads correctly. I would also second the suggestion of a better video card. You want minimum a GTX 760 or Radeon 7950, don't settle for anything less on a $1K build.

I forget the brand of the PSU he is giving me. Hes had it for 3 months, upgrading to SLI and he needs a bigger PSU. The main reason i was going with the 660 is because i found one new for 158$ At that price is it worth for me to get a 760? I wasthinking at that price itd be worth to SLI the 660's for the price of one. Thanks guys

get the gtx 760...and later on sli 760s...
and its probably better to have a single powerfull card then 2 weaker GPU..just for the sake of statement 660 is not that weak..but you should go with atleast 7950 or gtx 760

OK thanks, for the tip. Is there anything else besides the GPU in this build that may need tweaking? I have used a PSU calculator online and it showed with sli 660's, and the rest of my parts, i only need around 550 watts, with the gtx 760 should a 650 watt PSU still be sufficient?

I think the 760 is what i should go with anyways, becuase other than playing games ill be doing alot of CAD. Ill be using AutoDesk, im not sure though if that runs of a card, ram, or CPU....
