Hello,

The fan is a new AMD Wraith Stealth cooler. I know it's not the best. But I hear a very weird buzz coming from it. The sound stops when I put my finger on the cooler to stop it (EDIT FOR CLARITY: I mean that physically stopping the cooler from spinning also stops the noise - meaning it's probably from the cooler and not another part).

The buzz is even loud at low RPM but becomes significantly louder with more RPM. During gaming I can hear the buzz / rattle even with 100% volume + headset.

If touching the fan with a finger stops the noise then my thought is resonance.

Look for anything loose or touching (cables) that could be vibrating with the fan's RPM.

Maybe gently adjust a few screws to loosen or tighten to determine if doing so reduces or stops the noise.

Also check for any signs of debris or physical damage that could putting the fan blades off balance.

And temporarily disconnect other fans one at a time - does that make a difference?

Sorry if I'm unclear. I meant that physically stopping the fan from spinning also stops the noise. Not that merely touching the fan stops the noise
