[SOLVED] New build dead after 1hr of working

Okay so I just built my first computer recently. I put it together and installed windows, updated drivers and downloaded a few games. I started playing a game and got about an hour in when my pc shut off. It would not turn back on. I checked the power supply and it seems to function. What’s the next step to identify the problem? Here’s my specs:
MSI B450M Bazooka motherboard
XFX RX 580 8gb
16gb (2x8gb) Corsair vengeance ddr4
EVGA 600bq bronze power supply
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Kingston 240gb ssd
WD blue 1tb hdd
Coolermaster masterbox lite 3.1

Two things immediately come to mind:

1. Faulty PSU. Even the best manufacturers put out a faulty unit every now and then. Try another PSU if possible.

2. Too much heat. A. Check the thermal paste between the CPU and cooler. B. Take the side panel off and see if it will boot up with the cover off. If it continues to run OK you have an air flow problem.

either its PSU or your CPU is overheating..
ryzen5 2600 runs fine with stock cooler, you sure u plugged in the CPU fan wire on the motherboard ?
