Hello!
Im thinking of upgrading my desktop thats quite old.
The parts ive checked are:
Asus sabertooth 990x R2.0 mobo
AMD FX-8350 cpu
HyperX Fury 16gb 1866mhz
So i have been watching the R9 280x cards for quite a while and almost decided to get the Sapphire R9 290x Vapor-X Tri-x ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202095 ).
Then i saw the Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X card for the exact same price ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202080 ).
Ive been googling around and 290 is obviously better in performing, but how come the price are the same?
Is the sapphire R9 290 Tri-X a good choice? It seems the 290 cards have a hard time staying cool and being unstable so im quite lost which one to get.
The budget for the graphic card is absolutely max. 300$
Oh and im using the Corsair CX500, is that enough for this build?
Thanks!
