Question New Build - display issue - Ryzen 5 2400g

Hello all,

I built a new PC and everything is fine through the windows install. When i go to load the drivers (from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/...processors-radeon-vega-graphics/amd-ryzen-5-0 ) they install fine but after reboot the PC is on a loop of 2 seconds normal display and 4-5 seconds static. I have updated windows to 1803, its current as well as tried uninstalling and re-installing an older version of AMD and it does the same. Any help you can provide is much appreciated!

AMD Ryzen 5 2400G Processor with Radeon RX Vega 11 Graphics

just to add more information:
i updated the MB to the latest BIOS
the versions of AMD i tried were 19.2.3 and 19.1.1

thank you for the suggestion.
i ran DDU and rebooted, everything on the system runs fine, no screen problems at all.
I go to your link and downloaded and installed the chipset driver and the same thing happens, 2 seconds normal, 4-5 seconds static, repeat.
