new build everything on but no display

this is my first build
everything is spining and lighting up and the keyboard and mouse working but no display
i7-6700k
gtx 1070
maximus viii hero
h100i v2
how can i turn it off if i want to change something?
if i hold the power button it becomes rest mode
and it i can't work
and the motherboard shows codes
first a0 now a9
and when i inserted usb device it became 64
please help

i removed the gpu and it works!!!!
i'll connect it later and see what hapnnes
