New build fails to post.

Started a new build today see here.

Can't get the computer to post with no signal coming in at the monitor from DVI cable. DRAM debug lights comes on and stays on when the computer gets turned on. CPU fan and system fan both turn on. CPU was installed in the correct position.

I first tried installing the build outside the case to make sure the motherboard wasn't getting shorted, same issue computer won't post. I also tried installing one RAM stick in either slot and that didn't help either.

I then tried the RAM sticks in my current desktop build and they work just fine.

Not sure where exactly to go from here. The RAM is fine so why is the dram light coming on? Right now I'm thinking it could be either the PSU, motherboard, or CPU. Could it just be the DRAM slots in the motherboard? Am I missing anything stupid?

Just a note , your HDD is to slow , you need a 7200rpm.

Tried one stick of ram at a time? Try and test with the second slot from the cpu first,but test in all if that one won't give anything. And of course switch sticks.
