[SOLVED] New build for 3D rendering/photoshop, budget 1600euro, need some advise !

I planning on buying a new desktop, mainly for 3d use (c4d, sketchup, revit) and photoshop, illustrator, etc.
Since it's my first time ever building a computer, it's would be so great if I can have some advise from the experts !!

Hello there are some thing that I do not like a lot (don't get me wrong is not a bad build overall, but......):

Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 9 3900 12 Core CPU (3.1GHz-4.3GHz/70MB CACHE/AM4)

The Ryzen 7 5800X and Ryzen 5900X are about to go sell on november 5, I would really wait for them (and the reviews) if you can.

Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE: DDR4, USB 3.1 - ARGB Ready

-Why buy the old B450 chipset when you can choose B550 or X570, or even the new B450 mobos "v2" from many vendors?

-Also why buy a motherboard without WiFi, when you can buy one with WiFi included if you need it?

-For AMD no!, get at least a nice 2 x 16GB of DDR4 3200 CL16 kit.
