New Build for Drafting PC

Hey Everybody,

I'm building a computer for a friend who's starting a drafting business and would like to keep the whole build under $1400. He's currently using Softplan software which focuses on cpu performance and favors "gaming style graphic cards". Eventually he may go to AutoCAD Revit so he may have to change to a workstation graphic card at that time. Here's the list I came up with. Could anyone take a second to see if they see anything wrong with it? Thank you so much!

for software that focuses on CPU i would do something like this 6 cores would be tremendous help with 16Gb of RAM
