I included two monitors to choose from depending on your budget and how high you can go. I opted for Ryzen over Intel as higher the resolution less difference in performance you see between them. In this case the performance of R7 3700X may even be better depending on the game as its 8 extra threads can come in handy to run some games more smoothly and with less fps dips. Overall it is very decent package and yes extremely silent. I swapped out the PSU as it is more cost effective and will be comparatively less stressed and have to get under less marginal load making it run quieter and in efficient way. Why do you need that expansion Ethernet card?

Thank you so much for putting time into this.
As for the expansion ethernet it was another recommendation. As the original board didn't have WiFi. The only reason for WiFi enabled board is for the next 3months untill the extension on my house is done. Then I will have a proper room set up. Just keen to get back into some games!
As for the games can you recommend anything similar to homeworld? Big RTS fan.
Out of interest why that specific graphic card?

The Motherboard I listed has onboard WiFi so no need of additional adapter or expansion card.
For games you will have search on your own.
That specific GPU is very decent and easy to handle the settings on with decent stability in that low budget range(of RTX2080Ti).
