I’m having a few problems with my new build. Specs:
Asrock Fatality z270
MSI gtx 1070
I7 6700k
16gb ddr4
960w psu
Windows 10 on SSD (Unregistered)

Problem 1:
My previous build (Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0, AMD FX 8350, r9 380x, widows 8.1 on SSD) took maybe 15-20 seconds to boot to windows. My new build take about 10-15 seconds just to get to the asrock splashscreen. How do I fix this? I enjoyed how quickly my previous build took to boot.

Problem 2:
When I installed windows on the new build I noticed it was taking a while to boot up so in the BIOS I enable fast boot to see if that would help. Not only did it do nothing, I now can’t access the BIOS as there is not option to on the splashscreen. Not sure if enabling fast boot has anything to do with this.

Problem 3:
When windows finally loads it asks which volume I would like to start, usually 4 or 7. After 3 seconds it chooses 4 but how can I just have it not even show this screen and boot 4 by default? Without asking me?

Thanks for all the help! I’m at work so I’ll try and reply with more info the best I can.

Answer 1: X99 is like this. I wouldn't expect z270 to be. A BIOS update in the future may help. Disabling stuff to do on startup in your BIOS may help (Maybe a memory check?)

Answer 2: This is what fastboot does. To get to your BIOS, go to settings -> Update and Security -> Recovery -> "Restart Now" Under Advanced Startup -> Troubleshoot -> Advanced Options -> UEFI Firmware Settings
MSI Fastboot allows you to go to UEFI in the click of one button. ASRock may have something similar.

Answer 3: Not sure about this one.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try this stuff out when I'm home.
As for Problem 3 I found this thread which will hopefully help: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2155390/choose-default-operating-system-booting-windows.html
