Question New Build list - NON Gamer

Hey guys,
Looking to build a solid & updated PC .
My old build is pretty old. ..Z97X LGA1150 mobo / i5 4690K .
So anything new would be a substanial upgrade.

Not a gamer. Dont need hi performance graphics. Most work related & office stuff. Spreadsheets,documents, photos, etc. Also use work related software programs that utilize docs, videos & photos. Most ly online videos, music, email ,online games etc.
Need 2 HDMI monitors, maybe 3. Have several windows & programs running at the same time.
Please review my build list for any suggestions or forseen issues.

if you can wait till october ending, we would be having 14th gen parts. 13th gen would mostly have a price cut.

try for 6000mhz cl36 rams.
