Build looks awesome. As other others have pointed out, that PSU is not Haswell certified. It may or may not work with the C6/C7 sleep state. You can still use it and is a great quality PSU, but you may have to disable those states if you intend to use the sleep feature.

You forgot your SSD. You gotta get one. You'll absolutely never regret it. Grab a 250gb for around $100. Last, check out the Cryorig H7 or Noctua NH-U12S instead of CM 212 EVO.

With the PSU, you could take a look at EVGA's new G2 lineup- they offer gold rating at 650w for around $90.
