New build - Low fps

Hi,

I mainly play counter-strike:global offensive, and got fps drops to 120-150 in heavy fights or when there are alot of grenades. With my previous build I had no problem. I don't know how to fix it. I already changed videocards, but it didn't help. Anyone got suggestions?

Processor: i5'7600k
Videokaart: GTX 1060 3GB
Hardeschijf: Samsung EVO 850
RAM: 8 GB Corsair 2133hz
Moederbord: Asus H110i Pro
Voeding: CX550M

It seems my CPU load in csgo is running at 100%. Is this normal?

I don't see what the problem is. 120fps is very good fps.

Yes but remember that csgo uses a old engine and can be played with a 7 year old note book

Do you only have low fps in CS:GO? Have you tried other games?

Yeah i think Imprez you should try to buy firestrike or some other benchmark application and compare your score with others who have the same kind of setup

Thank you for your replies. Someone already fixed the problem for me. For some reason my motherboard can't handle dynamic cpu frequency. I changed it from dynamic to fixed and that solved my problem. My fps won't go under 250. I'm so happy
