I've recently built a PC, technically it was my third build but I would not consider myself experienced in these matters by any stretch of the imagination so I'd appreciate any help anyone could give. The computer monitor's will flicker on and off at seemingly random intervals. On for five minutes then a flicker, then 30 seconds and another flicker, and so on. I suspect the issue has to do with what happens whenever my device is under slightly more than extremely minor load (think firefox and Task Manager open at the same time). Chances are it's something I've done but short of taking the entire device apart and trying again I'm at a loss.

Here are the specs:
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
  • Motherboard: MSI MPG X570S Carbon Max WiFi AM4
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super
  • Ram: G.Skill RipjawsV DDR4 3200 16GB x 2
  • PSU: Corsair RMX 750x
  • SSD: Samsung 980 Pro 1 Tb NVMe M.2
  • CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12A 120mm
  • Monitors: ASUS 27" VA27DQ x 2 (1 x HDMI, 1 x DisplayPort)
  • Docking Station: Plugable USB 3.0 Dual 4k (ud-6950z)
  • Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow
  • Cooling: Noctua 120mm fans x 7
I don't think the monitors or the docking station are the problem as both are used daily with my work laptop without experiencing any issues. And I haven't changed any settings in the BIOS or attempted to overclock the device. Any advice as to possible culprits or troubleshooting tips?

Observe the performance monitor that is located in task manager and observe what is happening when the problem occurs.
