Question New build: MSI Z390 Pro Carbon installed but getting no audio??

I just installed a new Z390 Pro Carbon and I am not getting any analog audio over speakers or headphones. I reinstalled Windows 10 and installed the MSI Realtec drivers from the MSI website, and nothing. All digital audio via USB or Bluetooth works fine. I tried uninstalling the Realtec drivers via device manager and using the Windows drivers and still nothing. Windows does recognize when I plug a device in as the Realtec software shows when I plug/ plug my speakers. HD Audio is enabled in the BIOS and I am running the latest version of the BIOS (v17). Ideas?

Is your volume control "muted?" I've sought out what I thought were sound problems only to find that the program had been muted.
