Question New build, no display, no beep

I just upgraded my 10 year old PC. Replaced MBD, CPU, GPU, RAM and now I have no display and no beeps. I have a ASUS TUF B450M - R5 1600AF, Vengeance LPX 3000mhz ddr4 c15, and Zotac 1650 Super. If I pull everything out including memory, I get a long beep and 2 shorts, signifying its not seeing the memory. but put it back in and no beeps.

650w corsair, worked the day before on the old unit. and everything powers up, leds, fans, drives, but no beeps and no display

old motherboard was GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard with amd phenom II,

see if you could find bios version should 1804 or higher to run this cpu .
