New build, no display output [SOLVED]

Hello everyone,

Testing new build, mobo is not in the case yet, and there's no monitor output. It's on the box it came in.

Mobo: ROG STRIX Z370 I GAMING
CPU: Intel i5 8600K
RAM: Viper Patriot PVEGCKBL 2 sticks, 32GB total

No GPU installed yet, as I'm trying this with CPU's gpu, though I did try it with a spare GTX580 too.

A 650watt Corsair Power Supply and a noctua fan, which is not relevant to the issue, I suppose.

With 2 sticks installed it gets stuck on "DRAM" light on boot.

With 1 stick installed it goes all the way to green "BOOT" light and then it turns off too. There's one quick beep at start, and then, after a long while, another short beep.

Any ideas?

Okay, it works, for some reason it did not like the monitor I was connecting it to.
Which is weird. I turned it off, pulled out the cable from a running PC (so I know 150% that monitor and cable are ok). It would not show any signal. Plug it back into a working pc - works fine.

But it worked with another monitor.
