New build no display

So I have build new system and after installing everything on board there is no display and also USB ports are not working, the DRAM led light keeps solid red. CPU fans are spinning. The HDMI cable is connected to the board since i don't have graphics card. I don't know what is causing the problem

Components
MOBO : ASUS Z170 AR
PROCESSOR : INTEL CORE I5 6600K
RAM : CORSAIR 4GB 2133MHZ
PSU : CORSAIR RM650X
CPU COOLER : CORSAIR H100I V2

the DRAM led light keeps solid red.

Remove the memory and try it in a different slot.
If that don't work then reset CMOS.
If that don't work you need to try a different stick of memory or check for bend pins in the CPU socket.

I have tried to install it on the different slot but it is still the same and I have not tried to reset the CMOS but I will do it once I get home and let you know the results

It was a stupid mistake that I made , the RAM was not seated properly, after bread boarding I found it and now it is fixed
