I’m building a computer with all new parts and haven’t gotten it to display. I’ve built many computers in the past and have never had an issue. Everything’s plugged in and lights up like it should, but nothing comes up on the screen. This happened before and I switched out the GPU, CPU, and Motherboard because I thought one of them was dead, but it’s still happening with the new ones. Could this be a PSU issue? I have a brand new EVGA 550 BQ 80+bronze so I’m skeptical but it’s my only idea left.

are you on win10 or win 7 ... it will not wrk for win7
I haven’t even been able to install an OS yet. The display won’t show anything. The monitor works with the same HDMI cable hooked into a PS4, just not with this rig. But like I said, everything is spinning up like it’s about to post and then nothing shows on the screen.

you cannot get into bios . right ?
it should display without gpu installed, using in build gpu..
Correct. I cannot get into the bios. The monitor doesn’t detect any signal when the computer powers up. I’m thinking that the PSU isn’t giving enough power to the components but that’s just a theory and I don’t have a spare PSU to test it.

checked you mb manual and didn`t see vesa driver on board for troubleshooting purposes. if you have vga cable that only option, if that doesnt work. then with msi1660 installed, then make sure your monitor is set to auto detect, or set to manual to type of connection you made

youve seem to give up on me, here i might sounded sharp about integrated graphics, what i meant is i have a come cross am4 bords what still have basic display capabilities for troubleshooting purpose, its letys you acces bios in 600x800 res. thought it will work on yours. inmo your next best option to get bootable hdd or even linux live cd usb... and boot . its likely since you recieve no error beeps or , its seems worjing, you have simple no display from bios but you will have from os under driver...you likely have even booted up to no bootable device detected sreen, just don`t see it

He/she has given up on you because you are 100% wrong, that board does NOT have integrated graphics unless you use a Ryzen chip with inbuilt Vega graphics, the board itself has none. The OP has said that they are using a Ryzen 3600, which doesn't have integrated graphics. If you are going to try and help people, which in itself is very commendable, please ensure you are armed with the correct information. The OP cannot try what you are suggesting and has stated why with actual fact.

OP, I would suspect PSU or graphics card too. If you've no way of trying another PSU, is there another graphics card you could try, i.e. do you have your old one?
