CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU - AMD RX 6600
MOBO - B450M PRO4 R2.0
PSU - Vero L5 Bronze 500W
RAM - GOODRAM Irdm X 16GB 3200MHz

I just built PC out of these components, and when I turn it on, nothing happens. When i connect my monitor to the motherboard i can see the "no signal" but it obviously dont show anything, if connected to GPU it makes no connection, no "no signal" or anything. Case fans and CPU fan are working, GPU fans only starts for like 0.5s after clicking the power up button. I tried changing the RAM slot, removing the CMOS battery for 1min, but nothing helps. Any ideas what could went wrong? How can I recognize the problem..

The motherboard video ports will never produce a signal. Your system lacks an integrated GPU.

Do you have both the 8-pin and 24-pin power connectors firmly attached to the motherboard sockets? Also, do you have the PCIe power cable from the PSU attached to the 6600?

I am leery of your PSUs ability to power this system. How old is that power supply?

According to the CPU support list, your processor should work with all BIOS versions.

PSU - Vero L5 Bronze 500W
You've psent some good money on parts in your build but you decided to pick up a badly built unit. You should look into a reliably built PSU, ASAP.

You won't get display out of your motherboard since the processor lacks an iGPU. You should connect it to the discrete GPU.
