Question New build - no lights on motherboard, high pitched psu buzzing

Hi all,

I recently built a pc with the specs:
MSI MPG X570
Ryzen 5 3600X
Corsair vengeance 16GB DDR4 3000MHZ
Corsair RM650X
Samsung evo 860
NZXT H500i

The PSU makes a quiet high pitched buzzing when turned on, but the rest of the PC seems completely dead, with no LEDs on the motherboard lighting up and no fans spinning. I have tried reconnecting the 24 pin ATX cable to no success as well as other PSU cables. Any suggestions on what to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Hi, Try testing the board outside the case, only CPU and CPU cooler installed.
