My new build not booting, there's 2 beeps, fans turn on, but no display.
Specs:
M1h61r mobo dell
Gtx 1050ti
I5 2400s hz
Zephyr 650 psu
Seagate 160 gb hhd (waiting for replacement)
2x4gb crucial ram (is ecc, could that be the problem?)
Beep pattern:

Yes, try different RAM.

Memory for that motherboard is:

2 x 240-pin DDR3 DIMM slots Supports Dual Channel DDR3 1333/1066 MHz non-ECC, un-buffered memory
(Max 8GB on 64-bit Operating Systems)

So, the motherboard can only accept non-ECC memory. That's the problem.
