Question New build not booting windows 10 pro from USB

Just completed a new build and I cannot get the computer to boot a new windows 10 pro install from the included USB. It recognizes the USB in the bios and I have it listed as the first boot priority but every time I restart the computer it just loads up the bios again. I've also noticed that the VGA red light is on on the motherboard.

CPU: AMD 5 7600

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT

Motherboard: B650 Gaming X AX

PSU: Corsair RMx850x

RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32gb 6000

SSD: WD SN770

Yes the USB that comes with the retail version of windows 10 pro.

get the latest from MS website. don't know how old is in the retail box
