Question New Build (not my first) and can't get display to show

I have tried every troubleshooting measure be it from removing the CMOS, flashing the BIOS, checking cable connections, testing different sources on the monitor, etc.
I'm really stuck as I don't know what is going on at this point and don't want to have to take it to a PC Repair shop if I don't have to. To clarify the no display, the display does not detect a signal no matter whether I use display port or HDMI.

This is my PC Specs
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
  • GPU: AMD Radeon 6600 8GB
  • MOBO: ASUS B450M-A II
  • PSU: RMx750
  • DRAM: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 32GB (4x8GB) 3200MHz6
  • SSD: Silicon Power 1TB - NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen3x4 2280 SSD

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

flashing the BIOS
As you've stated that you've flashed the BIOS for the motherboard, please mention BIOS version you're on at this moment of time?

PSU: RMx750
How old is the PSU in your build?

Your motherboard lacks any indication of what the faulty part in your build is, due to that did you try and connect a POST speaker to your motherboard to identify and error beeps/codes? Another thing you could do is drop your processor, GPU and ram onto another known working motherboard with the right BIOS version to see if your board is at fault. If you're still not getting anything out of your discrete GPU, look into sourcing(borrow, not buy) a reliably built 750W unit to see if your PSU is at fault.

Sorry for the delayed response, had been out of town for work.

BIOS Version should be after flashing (seeing as I can't actually see what version is on there with no display) is Version 4631 updated April 1, 2025 . The MOBO was bought in February 2025 but god knows what BIOS version was on it when it was shipped.

As for the PSU, it was bought in 2022 and ran relatively smoothly from what I can tell. I am going to see if my friend who has an extra can bring over another PSU and see if that's the issue. I'll also order a POST speaker they're only $5 on Amazon.

I'll try to keep this updated once I have tried these options. Thank you again for the response!
