Motherboard- rog strix z490-E CPU- 11-700k gpu-3060 ti msi ventus 2x oc
Ram- vengeance lpx 32 gb kit 2x16 Timing 18-22-22-42 1.35v PSU- A1000g msi mag
Cpu Cooler-Hyper 212

-ive tried putting xmp 1 and 2 and it fails to boot

It looks like your motherboard should be able to support up to 4600 Mhz, the cpu limit might be causing the problem. What’s the max rated frequency for your ram?

The i7 11700k supports up to 3200 Mhz. After that you’re in overclocking territory, but it’s a bit strange that 3600 Mhz causes the pc to not boot. You can try manually setting the frequency to 3200 and go up in 100 intervals to see what happens.

Ill lyk how it goes im doing the tests rn starting from 3200 that boots the system fine
