New Build Pc Freeze

Hey


i just builded my first pc and after the OS is up it keep freezing few few seconds
i am using
Strix Motherboard b350-f
g skill rgb 16 GB ram
strix 1050 ti 4gb ddr5
nzxt kraken cooler
ssd 970 250 gb
hard drive 2 TB segate
Ryzen 5 1600 6 cores
i updated my OS and my driver
1 of the ram is lighting up but after i did windows ram memory diagnostic test it stopped syncing to AURA.
all of the parts are working and synced to the motherboard.
can anyone advice me what should i do ? reinstall the OS ?

its Ryzen 5 1600 6 cores 12 threads

Unless something is broken it shouldn't freeze up. Maybe corrupted install. I'd reinstall windows
