Question New build - Pc Keeps shutting off and on repeatedly, Please HELP!

Hey everyone.
I'm new to building PCs and this is basically my first ever build, bought parts a couple of weeks ago and watched lots of youtube tutorial just to NOT mess up.
I've finished building my pc yesterday and was ready for the first boot I had downloaded windows on my USB stick to install it, when I tried to boot it up for the first time to intall windows I came across an issue where the PC turns on and stays on for like 5 seconds then it shuts down by itself, turns on again after 3 or 2 seconds, then off, repeatedly. with no display on the monitor. all the fans spin and RGB lights light up, RAM rgb does too, CPU fan spins, apart from the GPU, I've been told that the GPU has nothing to do with this issue and some GPUs don't always spin when you turn your pc, I'm honestly lost I have no clue what to do, I double checked everything, I have no clue what seems to be the issue? (This might sound dumb but I've been told to get an older DDR4 ram cus my current RAM could be faulty, then install my MOBO drivers and then I can finally use my current RAM). Please help me I'm losing my mind!

B450m PRO4 R2.0
650w bronze connect PSU
Ryzen 5 3600
RX 5700 XT
16GB 8X2 VEGEANCE DDR4 3200MHz
500GB HDD

psu is questionable as I've never seen that brand in my life and is quite cheap for a 850w. if it fails to boot after ram in slots 2 and 4 i would bet its a bad psu.

I just tried them both, on 2nd and 4th slots, just like you've suggested, but still the same issue, its the PSU then?

try the following remove power cable from wall turn off the psu.

make sure ram sticks are in 2 and 4.

hold power button down on your pc case for 1 minute it may flicker into life this is can happen and is normal.
remove all energy built up on motherboard then plug psu back into wall and turn on psu. then push power button.


if this fails remove motherboard from case and make sure no extra stand offs apart from the ones you need are under the motherboard as this can cause a boot loop and short your motherboard.

on that note make sure the motherboard is fully secured. once you have made sure there are no extra stand offs as i noticed in the pictures you havent fully secured the board down.

if its setup.. it could be the computer is memory training. it will boot on and of several times and no screen will show until it passes boot test..

try it again and leave it for about 5 minutes or so, and see it if boots into windows or bios.
