New build pc no signal hdmi tv

recently purchased a 1060 3 gigabyte gigabyte, a gigabyte h110m-a motherboard, an i3 7100 2 × 4 viper ddr4 and a 650 evga power source. When I finished assembling the pc I wanted to connect to the TV because I still do not have a monitor and it did not work. Try 2 different TVs in each slot and with 4 HDMI cables. but it still din't work. What can i do ?

Do they work if you remove the GPU and connect them to the motherboard? Did the system work outside of the case (presuming you did that before assembling everything)?

The MB needs a BIOS update to work with Kaybe Lake CPU.

Won't work until that happens, you will have to take it into a PC shop etc and get them to flash it. They have to put in a Skylake CPU and update the BIOS.

BIOS F20 was released on 2016/11/23; the motherboard would have been in stock for at least one year if it has an older BIOS.

Doesn't hurt to have it checked, a simple fix.

Agreed, but a compatible CPU is required. No shop does it for free unless they sold the motherboard and CPU.

Sorry for the vote, i was trying to answer, No, it doesn't work if i removed the gpu. And i don't try the system outside of the case,but inside everything seems to work, rotate the 4 fans, 2 of the gpu, 1 of the cpu and 1 of the case
tomorrow I'm going to buy a monitor, if it does not work there I guess I'll update the bios.

If the BIOS is the issue, then you need to buy a compatible CPU to flash it.
