New build, pc not cooperating.

So i have built my first pc... or so i thought. Installed drivers updated everything i could. Bios has 5 minute lag, steam has disk read and write errors, only thing that works properly is the internet. I need assistance.

My build consists of

Im about to put a few bullet holes through this machine... frustrating.

My ssd is where i have my OS and is the boot drive. I have nothing but windows 10 on it since i wiped everything and went to start over. Launched bios and it still runs super slow i dont get it. :'(((( before i get too far i want to make sure i do the steps right. Please help.

 
To test RAM, have one module installed and see if problem persists, or if both modules perform the same.
You can run Windows memory diagnostics test, memtest86, Prime95, or just run a bunch of things or play videos/games to see if the system acts up.

If both modules are consistent, it may not be a memory problem. Keep us posted on the results
