So I built my pc few days ago and every time I restart my pc, turn it on without reinserting my ram it will not boot to windows screen but after that it works perfectly, I changed the CMOS battery, updated the bios, did the memtest no errors, so what could be the case?
So if anyone can help I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Check the motherboard's User Guide/Manual. Some motherboards require that the first physically installed RAM be placed in a specific slot.

Otherwise problems result.
