Question New build. Posted fine and installed Windows then nothing.

Built a new system today. Gigabyte auros x570 elite motherboard and a Ryzen 3900x. System posted on first try and got through the windows installation. It restarted and started going through the configuration. Then screen went blank. CPU cooler leds turned off. GPU leds turned off. RAM stayed lit up. Cycled the power a few times and only the ram would light up. It wouldnt even try to post. None of the error lights cycled on the MB even. Tried a known working PSU and same issue. If I unplug the CPU power connectors the board tries to boot and the graphics card lights up. It just gives a CPU error on the board. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Corsair rm850x PSU. Samsung EVO 970 m.2 SSD. G-Skill trident Z neo 16 GB x2. An old Sapphire RX590 GPU. Standard Wraith Prism cooler for now. Everything worked fine for about 5 min.
