I just built out this new rig:

I have all of the components setup, I've reseated the RAM, the video card, reset the CMOS, removed the heatsink from the cpu and reattached it, and checked the different PSU wires to make sure none of them were slightly unplugged, but I'm still having issues with the power coming and going. The computer will power up for about a minute and then shut back down for 3-4 seconds and then power back up. After moving things around a bit, it will do the same thing but only power on for one second, shut down, and then start again for one minute.
I've established that it's not the PSU since the graphics card didn't effect the behavior. Any ideas? I'm also not getting anything on my monitor. Just to clarify all the different plugs are secured in their proper location (I believe).
I would love if someone could lend me a hand!
