[SOLVED] New build powers on fans but no display or peripherals (Specs Posted)

Spent a good portion of today assembling my new build I treated myself to because of lockdowns. Power is going to the fans (on GPU and CPU aswell). Updated BIOS using USB flashback - didn't help. Tried reseating the RAM - didn't work. Specs below

GPU: ASUS RTX 3070 DUAL OC 8GB
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus Wifi
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z Neo (For AMD Ryzen) Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin RGB DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C18D-16GTZN
PSU: Not sure on the PSU as I cannibalised it from my old RIG (750W though)

Big oof I should have checked first (Its 600w but still shouldnt be a problem really)

Nvidia recommends at least a 650w PSU for the 3070, you’re already under that, I wouldn’t suggest using that PSU for that build at all.
