I just have a couple of questions regarding a pic i just had built for me. when my water cooler was installed, the corsair radiator was installed sideways over the cpu and the fans were put on the back wall. i was wondering if these fans should be on the top or where they are. the reason i'm asking is because I have noticed the glass getting pretty hot and the fans are pretty noisy. i don't know if i should move the fans to the top and add fans to the face or if i should add fans to the top. any advice would be appreciated.
