Question New Build restarts to bios randomly

So just built a new rig only thing that's not is the gpu, anyways after doing the usual installing windows, drivers and playing some games for some reason my pc restarts it shows bios logo then logs back into windows like if I just turned it on. I checked reliability monitor it mentions windows was not properly shut down.
Ryzen 3900xt
32gb 3600 TridentZ neo
tuf Gaming b550 plus
1060 6gb
860 evo ssd 1tb
Also when i install things sometimes my fans run at 100% for like 3 seconds then goes back to normal.

I forgot to mention sometimes it flashes white before then does the reset it just did that now
I checked reliability monitor same message as before
Edit: 20 min after this reply got a red screen
