So I have only begun playing around with my new build

Sabertooth 990fx r2.0
FX-8350
GTX 750Ti

I haven't touched my overclocking capabilities yet, and after only a few minutes of gaming I will start running near 65*C.

Everything is stock and I just replaced my old case fan with a Thermaltake Riing12.(granted it was a bit too big for the case, so it is at a very unnoticable angle.)

Solution
Case fan is fine if it isn't recognized by the computer, as long as you see it physically spinning.

65c is fine. 70c and over is overheating, the CPU will begin throttle at that point.

It's a known thing that the fx 8350 one of the hottest CPUs will run 65 on stock cooler. That's pretty amazing for stock cooler anyways. Get a good aftermarket cooler like a 212 EVO or cryorig h7(better) or something better like dark rock 3 or noctua. Or even water cooling.

+1
i can personally attest to Noctuas awesome cooling power..
atm im running a 6700k @ 4.6GHz on a Noctua nh-d14... as my case's only active cooling..
it literally keeps my cpu cool enough with 0 active case fans, under load in stress test, with core peaks at 76.. with 0 other active fans in the case, thats 1 amazing cooling cpu cooler
so yea, like Ryan said, get an aftermarket cooler, and get a good quality one and you have no worries anymore, money spend on quality is well spend, you wont regret it

Max safe temps for Fx is 62c core/ 70c socket.

Don't plan on OC, then get the 212 evo. Yes, H7 is better but costs $10 USD more right now. 212 is fine for stock.

If you plan to OC, then get either Cryorig R1, NH-D15, or best would be Kraken x61.

However, no point in OC til you replace the 750ti with a 390x or equivalent GPU. The 750 ti a huge bottleneck on the 8350 even at stock.

Make sure you have an excellent quality PSU, its quality/ not just sufficient wattage.

So there shouldn't be any issues running at ~65 for now then?
I am still trying to get used to the Asus Suite II stuff, and for some reason case fan isn't recognized
