Build Advice New Build: Ryzen 7700X & RTX 4090 ?

Hi,

I'm building a new PC and have been going back and forth on whether to use AMD or Intel. I finally decided to go for AMD due to AM5's longer lifespan. I was considering waiting for the x3D processors to come out, but figured they'd be too expensive for me as I'm already way overbudget, so I settled for the 7700x for now. I'll upgrade to a better CPU in a few months once prices drop. I wanted to ask for advice to see whether my component selection is ok or if there's something I can improve.

I'll mostly be using the rig for photoshop and gaming. While I'm not initially looking to OC, it would be great to have that option for the future. Also, I'm based in Mexico, so my access to parts and their respective prices is limited by that.

Hopefully all these components work well together. I picked a 420mm cooler thinking of a future CPU upgrade, as I'm aware they run rather hot. I wonder if there's anything I'm missing, and whether there's specific caveats to consider about how these parts will interact. More specifically, is the motherboard good enough to use throughout AM5's lifespan? Do I need to worry about m.2 heatsinks? Should I go with a different kind of RAM? Is the 12VHPWR adapter fine? Is the monitor any good? Do I need to know anything about the case?

I know there's room for improvement, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you already have any of these parts? I would do something like this for now if you are going to replace the CPU anyways, and you want to shave some off the build total:

You can save a little, and go with the 7700 non x. The performance differences are pretty minor. Could save some money, on a different AIO, also. Take some of that savings, to get a lower latency kit of EXPO ram. Might want to consider a B650E board, to save a bit as well, unless the x670e really has features you want. Also switched the case, with one with more fans.

Thanks! I already have the Gigabyte 4090, but I'm open to changing the rest. However, considering the deals (interest-free monthly payments) I can get for somewhat better gear, I'm inclined not to downgrade some of that stuff just to afford it. It's not an immediate issue, and with certain lower-grade components I get, ironically, worse deals when it comes to monthly payments. But I'll keep those in mind for sure!

Thanks for your response! Interestingly enough, the 7700 is more expensive than the 7700x where I'm at. I'll be reselling it down the line anyway, so I'm not too worried about the difference at the moment. Same for the case: the one you suggested is going for almost double than the 7000D in my area, unfortunately.
