Question New build, should I swap out the fans?

I recently bought all new parts for my PC, including case fans and a case. I purchased the Phanteks P400 case and these fans because they are identical to the preinstalled case fans and I wanted them to match.

However, the PC that I'm upgrading from uses these. For my new PC, should I swap the Phanteks fans for the Deepcool ones, or not?

If you chose one rather than the other, what might be your reason?

Because temps are lower?

Because they are quieter?

Because they look better?

Because it's cheaper?

Some other reason?

If temps would be the over-riding reason, you'd obviously have to experiment with both options.
