New build - storage server + gaming

Hey guys
I'm building a new pc, cost range less than 400$
I'll be using it for gaming at HD resolutions, 720p/1680-1050/full HD, and it will be networked using Wifi and ethernet.
So, here are the specs :-

Intel Pentium G620 @ 2.6 GHz

Corsair (1 x 2 GB) (VS2GB1333D3) x2

Cooler Master Elite 310

Seagate 1TB 7200RPM (already have)

Wifi
ASUS WL-167G V3 USB Adaptor

Monitor
Samsung TV Full HD 42 inches (already have)

Please tell me your views. Also, I live in India, so the availability of parts is a bit limited, and they are a bit more expensive due to import costs.
