[SOLVED] New build, stuck at windows install

Hey, anyone know what I can do to progress windows 10 installation on a fresh build?
I'm booting to usb with windows 10 installation thing but dont get much farther than a few spins of those dots then they freeze.
Build is
Gigabyte aorus gaming 7 wifi
Ryzen 7 2700x
Flare x 3200 2x8gb
Gtx 1070

If an idiot had to guess since no one else answered I feel like the logical is the windows install is corrupt somehow, or its the USB or Storage Drive.

turn on docp(profile) for the ram
make and model of the psu?

Yeah I did that for the RAM, Psu is evga g3 750watt gold 80+

So I have re loaded the usb and tried it on another pc and is able to install Windows but putting it in the new build it still stalls and the spinning dots.

try with just 1 stick of ram.

Thanks everyone who offered some help, I have no idea why but windows finally worked on one of any 15 ish restarts. Couldn't tell you what I did, kept changing bios. I feel like it might be an m. 2 thang.
