Question New Build Suggestions

Hi, I'm in need of suggestions for a new build. I'm planning on building a new computer for my girlfriend since her iMac finally bit the dust. I haven't built a PC since I built my own back in 2014-2015 and I haven't been keeping up with the latest hardware out, so I'm not sure what's best at the moment.

Anyways, she's a marketing manager/graphic designer so she mostly uses the full Adobe CC suite and also plays FFXIV. No preference between Intel or AMD, and she'll need a monitor as well. Would like to stay under $1,000.00 but willing to spend up to $1,400.00 if it's worth it. Thanks in advance!

The new Ryzen 3600X (6c/12t) or 3700X (8c/16t) both seem to offer quite a bit for their current asking prices....

Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB (78$)
NZXT H500 (78$) (Choose the case you like nzxt 500 is just my opinion)
For the monitor i don't know much but get (1080p/2k) 144hz ips
Total without monitor 1290$ (Rtx 2060 super)
1220$ (amd rx 5700)
You can change ryzen 3700x to ryzen 3600 (250$) if you want to save money
