I just built a gaming PC and I'm wondering if these temperatures look good.

At Idle they are;
CPU: 36 C
System 1: 30 C
System 2: 31 C
PCH: 49 C
PCIEx16: 32 C
VRM MOS: 34 C

I noticed the PCH is the highest. I read that it has something to do with the motherboard? Is 49 C okay for idling? Also, how do I view temps under a load?

Those temps look ok to me. Nothing extraordinary, but as you already mentioned load temps count.
I am not a big fan of synthetics for real-life testing. Throw your most demanding game at it and monitor temps with lets say HWMonitor or Afterburners overlay. Also to judge the results you shozld list your components.

OKay, so I was playing Outer Worlds which I got free with my Processor. The CPU Spiked up to 74C & 77C for a split second during a very intense cut scene, but for the most part it stayed around 65C. The GPU Stayed around 65C also.

I then played Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, and the CPU stayed around 60-65C, and the GPU stayed around 58-63C.

Here are my Components;
