Question New build turned off and won't turn on again

I'm setting up a newly-built PC and everything was working as I set up the BIOS and installed windows 10. However, when I was signing into my microsoft account to finish setup everything shut down. The fans stopped and the screen went black, but the motherboard LEDs stayed on and the status LEDs showed no problem. Now when I try to turn it on the fans spin for a few seconds then stop and nothing else happens.

I've tried reseating the cables, RAM, and GPU and clearing the CMOS, and I don't know where to go from here.

My components are as follows:
Motherboard: B450 Aorus Pro
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660
RAM: 2x 8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4
PSU: Corsair CV550

Any help would be appreciated.

Check if all subsystems of computer connected well. If they don't its possible one or some of them are fail. Try to remove everything from motherboard exept ram and CPU. Normally this Motherboard should boot into BIOS
