My current build is:

Processor AMD FX 8350 4.0GHz
Mobo: AM3+ Asus M5A99X Evo R20
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury (8G 1600 speed)
Power: EVGA SuperNOVA 750

I would like to switch to Intel processing, and I dont know if upgrading from DDR3 RAM is worth it yet or not. I want a computer that can run all major titles at 60 FPS at high graphics for a while. I assume that means a new GPU as well. Currently games like battlefield 1 run at 30-35 FPS on medium graphics. My budget is $1000, but I prefer not to get close to that budget. This build also needs to include a new case and cooling system (if default fan the CPU comes with isnt good enough).

You can OC this cpu.
