Question New build, weird startup glitches

Hi folks.

Built a pc last night. Things went pretty smoothly. All said and done I just have one annoying issue. On a cold start (when it’s running and I click restart this does not occur) the first image I get is a black screen with weird lines and textures. This occurs for about 5-10 seconds before it just lands me at my desktop and everything is fine.

Cpu: i7 13700k
Mobo: msi mag z790 tomahawk ddr5
GPU: gigabyte eagle oc 4080
Psu: Corsair RM850e

Hi everyone, I'm getting something similar to the above photo but not not all the time ... Mostly it's black screen . I picked up my mobo on the 7/09/24 with an i71400k and I am resenting my upgrade . Any body know of solutions?
