Question New build will not output video (Mobo + CPU issue?)

Hi all

Yes, I know this is a common problem - I just hope that someone can address my thoughts. My daughter and I has just finished building her new PC. I have been building PC's for myself for more than 25 years, but this time there is no video output. Everything is connected correctly, but I have slight concern that maybe the CPU is not compatible with the motherboard. I would like to rule this out. I find the info to be somewhat inconclusive.

The motherboard is a ASUS Prime B550M-A WIFI II. The CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 4000 series (4500. 6 core, 12 threads).

We did try to reseat the RAM, to no avail.

I hope somebody can assist me in this

besides the possibility of motherboard BIOS being outdated and not supporting this CPU series;

include the complete system specs.
and if any of the hardware has been recycled from another system, also include it's age.

No video card then no display the 4500 has no built in graphics.

That board supports the 4500 with the first BIOS version.

Yes, of course - I mismanaged the first post somewhat. Which also led Zerk2012 to mention that the 4500 does not contain GFX, which would have been avoided if I had stated that I have a RTX gfx-card. Here are the full parts for the machine (no parts have been re-used):
