Hey guys,

So, I came up with a little extra cash and I'm out of school for the summer and decided to build a new kickass gaming rig. My budget is $1500 and the GTX 1080 is obviously a must since it will be released in a week or so. I want DDR4 and my only question is that I'm a little behind in my cpu knowledge on the current ones in the market right now. Which is the best option and newest might I say that I can pair up with my GTX 1080.

I would say waste $900 on build and add a the 1080 later.
