So, I just made a new build using my old SSD, and HDD. I can get into the BIOS just fine, however after that, nothing. I have tried wiping clean my SSD to give it a fresh start, being I still have my retail copy of windows, and I was going to reinstall it. However, it just stops and freezes in the windows welcome/loading screen.

Just leave connected the drive you are installing Windows.
After you are done installing Windows connect any other drives.

Use Windows Media Creation Tool to create a bootable Windows installation USB flash drive.

Select the Custom installation and delete all partitions from the drive, Windows setup will create the necessary partitions.
So, I unplugged my HDD, I have taken out the GPU, and the screen is still getting stuck on the starting windows portion.

I got it to work. The motherboard isnt compatible with windows 7, so I had to use my old system, reinstall 7, and then update it to 10, then swap the SSD back into the new build with only windows on it
